من خلال عمل وخبرة الباحثة بمكتب التدريب الميدانى والإشراف على طالبات الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة فى مختلف المدارس بفترة التدريب الميدانى المتصل والمنفصل ، جاءت فكرة البحث حيث الإهتمام العالمي المتزايد بضرورة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التعليمية المصرية وحاجة تلك المؤسسات إلى التطبيق اصبحت ضرورة ملحة من أجل ضمان تحقيق النجاح والتميز ، يهدف هذا البحث الى تحليل الواقع الحالى لتطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة بدرس التربية الرياضية وقد تمثل مجتمع البحث فى معلمات التربية الرياضية بمدارس مراحل التعليم الابتدائى والاعدادى للفصل الدراسى الثانى للعام الجامعى 2022/2023 واهم ادوات جمع البيانات هى تحليل المراجع العلمية والبحوث التى تناولت معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة بدرس التربية الرياضية واستطلاع رأى الخبراء لتصميم إستبيان خاص بمدى تطبيق المعايير وقد اسفرت هذة الأدوات عن تصميم استبيان لاخذ رأى معلمات التربية الرياضية بالمدارس المختلفة عن مدى تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة بدرس التربية الرياضية بمدارسهن وقد توصلت اهم النتائج الى الإستبيان الخاص بواقع تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة بدرس التربية الرياضية وقد بلغ مجمل عباراته (44) عبارة ، مقسمه الى ثلاث محاور وهم تخطيط الدرس ( 14 ) عبارة ، تنفيذ الدرس ( 14 ) عبارة ، تقويم الدرس ( 17 ) عبارة وانه يوجد فروق ذات دلاله احصائية بين استجابات معلمات التربية الرياضية قيد الدراسة وهو ما يشير الى ان تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة فى محور التقويم قد جاءت فى المركز الاول يليه محور تخطيط الدرس ثم محور تنفيذ الدرس فى المركز الاخير .
Through the work and experience of the researcher in the field training office and supervision of third and fourth year female students in various schools during the period of continuous and separate field training, the idea of ​​the research came as the growing global interest in the necessity of applying comprehensive quality management standards in Egyptian educational institutions and the need for these institutions to apply has become an urgent necessity in order to To ensure the achievement of success and excellence, this research aims to analyze the current reality of applying comprehensive quality management standards in physical education lessons. The research community was represented by physical education teachers in primary and preparatory schools for the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023 and the most important tools for collectingThe data is an analysis of scientific references and research that dealt with the standards of total quality management in the physical education lesson and a survey of experts’ opinions to design a questionnaire on the extent of application of the standards. These tools resulted in the design of a questionnaire to take the opinion of physical education teachers in different schools about the extent of application of the standards of total quality management in the physical education lesson in their schools. The most important results were found in the questionnaire on the reality of applying comprehensive quality management standards in physical education lessons. Its total number of statements reached (44) statements, divided into three axes: lesson planning (14) statements, lesson implementation (14) statements, lesson evaluation (17) statements, and that There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the physical education teachers under study
