هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى توجهات الهدف وعلاقتها بالمهارات التدريسية للطلاب تخصص تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية ، في محاولة للتعرف علي توجهات الاقدام نحو الاداء ، وتوجهات تجنب الاتقان ، وتوجهات الاقدام نحو الاتقان ، وتوجهات تجنب الاداء ، وتوجهات الهدف السائدة للطلاب تخصص تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية ، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي على عينة مكونة من ( 53 ) طالبا من طلاب تخصص تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية في مقرر التدريب الميداني الداخلي . للعام الدراسي 2025/2026 ، وكانت اداة الدراسة مقياس توجهات الهدف مكون من ( 12 ) عبارة موزعة على اربعة محاور هي : توجهات الاقدام نحو الأداء ، توجهات الاقدام نحو الاتقان ، توجهات تجنب الاتقان ،و توجهات تجنب الأداء ، كأداة لجمع وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة : ارتفاع نسبة توجهات الهدف الاقدام نحو الاتقان للطلاب تخصص تدريس ، وجمع الطلاب تخصص تدريس نحو توجهين من توجهات الهدف هما الاقدام نحو الاتقان والاقدام نحو الأداء، وانخفاض نسبة توجهات الهدف تجنب الاتقان للطلاب تخصص تدريس، وجاءت توجهات الهدف الاقدام نحو الاتقان اكثر توجهات الهدف شيوعا للطلاب تخصص تدريس.
 
The study aimed to identify the level of goal orientation and its relationship to the teaching skills of students majoring in teaching physical education and sport in an attempt to identify the level of goal orientations of students majoring in teaching. The researcher used a descriptive approach on a sample of 53 students majoring in physical education and sports teaching in the internal field training course for the 2025/2026 academic year. The study tool was a goal orientation scale consisting of 12 statements distributed across four axes: performance orientation, mastery orientation, avoidance of mastery, and performance avoidance orientation. The most important results of the study were: An increase in the percentage of goal orientations towards mastery for teaching students, and the convergence of teaching students towards two goal orientations, namely moving towards mastery and moving towards performance, and a decrease in the percentage of goal orientations towards avoiding mastery for teaching students. and the goal orientation toward mastery was the most common goal orientation among teaching majors.
