يهدف البحث إلى التعرف علي تأثير إستخدام تدريبات الأنسانتي علي بعض المتغيرات البدنيه والمستوي الرقمي لسباحي ١٠٠ متر ظهر، إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي وفقاً لطبيعة البحث ومشكلته وتحقيقاً لأهدافه بإستخدام التصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة مستخدماً القياس القبلي والبعدي لكلاً من المجموعتين لملائمتهم لطبيعة هذا البحث ، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع البحث من ناشئي السباحة بنادي جزيرة الورد بالمنصورة التابع لمحافظة الدقهلية والمسجلين بالاتحاد المصري للسباحة فى المرحلة السنية (11- 13) سنة للموسم الرياضي 2023 / 2024م حيث يبلغ حجم العينة (44) سباح ، تم توزيعهم كالتالي (24) سباح للدراسة الأساسية، عدد (12) سباح للمجموعة التجريبية، عدد (12) سباح للمجموعة الضابطة، وعدد (16) سباح من خارج العينة الأساسية لإجراء معاملات الصدق والثبات للإختبارات البدنية وعدد (4) سباحين من خارج العينة الأساسية للبحث لإجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية ، وتوصلت الباحثة إلي أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح بإستخدام تدريبات الأنسانتى أثر تأثير إيجابي علي الإختبارات البدنية لسباحي 100م ظهر - أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح بإستخدام تدريبات الأنسانتى أثر تأثير إيجابي علي المستوي الرقمي لسباحي 100م ظهر.
The research aims to identify the effect of using Alansanti training on some physical variables and the digital level of 100-meter backstroke swimmers, the researcher used the experimental approach according to the nature of the research and its problem and to achieve its objectives using the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other a control using the pre- and post-measurement for each of the two groups for their suitability to the nature of this research, the research sample was selected in a deliberate way from the research community of junior swimming at the Rose Island Club in Mansoura of Dakahlia Governorate and registered in the Egyptian Swimming Federation in The age stage (11-13) years for the sports season 2023/2024 AD, where the sample size is (44) swimmers, they were distributed as follows (24) swimmers for the basic study, (12) swimmers for the experimental group, (12) swimmers for the control group, and (16) swimmers from outside the basic sample to conduct honesty and stability coefficients for physical tests and (4) swimmers from outside the basic sample of the research to conduct the survey study, and the researcher concluded that the proposed training program using human training had a positive impact on the physical tests of swimmers 100m noon - that
