رؤية مستقبلية للحد من ظاهرة التجنيس الرياضى A future vision to reduce the phenomenon of sports naturalization

يهدف البحث إلى تحليل اتجاه لاعبى المستويات العليا نحو التجنيس الرياضى تبعاً للمتغيرات (الجنس - السن– نوع الرياضة)، ووضع رؤية مستقبلية للحد من ظاهرة التجنيس الرياضى لدى لاعبى المستويات العليا، من خلال بناء مقياس للتعرف على اتجاه لاعبى المستويات العليا نحو التجنيس الرياضى .
إستخدامت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية نظرا لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة ، واشتملت عينة البحث من (228) لاعب من لاعبى المستويات العليا ، وتم تقسيمهم الى (200) لاعب كعينة أساسية وتم أختيار (28) لاعب كعينه استطلاعية من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الاساسية.
وتوصلت النتائج الى أن البعد الاقتصادى والاغراءات المادية والتسهيلات المادية من اهم الاسباب التي تؤدي حدوث التجنيس ، كما توصلت الى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات أبعاد مقيـــاس اتجاه لاعبى المستويات العليا نحو التجنيس الرياضى فى المتغيرات (الجنس– السن – نوع الرياضة)، كا قامت الباحث بوضع رؤية لحد من اتجاه لاعبى المستويات العليا نحو التجنيس الرياضى مكونة من أربع محاور وهى (محور تطوير المستوي الفني للرياضين - محور تطوير المدربين - محور الهيئات الرياضية - محور القوانين والتشريعات)
وتوصى الباحثة تعزيز وتثبيت الانتماء لدى لاعبي ولاعبات المنتخبات الوطنية وتشكيل لجنة مشتركة للبحث عن الأزمات والمشاكل التى تواجه اللاعبين للمشاركة في أوليمبياد باريس (2024) – أوليمبياد لوس انجلوس (2028) وفق منظومة فنية وإدارية مصرية رائدة.
The research aims to analyze the trend of high-level players towards sports naturalization according to the variables (gender - age - type of sport), and to develop a future vision to reduce the phenomenon of sports naturalization among high-level players, by building a measure to identify the trend of high-level players towards sports naturalization.
The researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The research sample included (228) high-level players, and they were divided into (200) players as a basic sample, and (28) players were chosen as a reconnaissance sample from the same research community and outside the basic sample.
The results concluded that the economic dimension, material temptations, and material facilities are among the most important reasons that lead to the occurrence of naturalization, and it also concluded that there were no statistically significant differences between the average dimensions of the measure of the attitude of high-level players towards sports naturalization in the variables (sex - age - type of sport), as it did The researcher developed a vision to limit the attitude of high-level players towards sports naturalization, consisting of four axes, which are (the axis of developing the technical level of athletes - the axis of developing coaches - the axis of sports bodies - the axis of laws and legislation).
