ملخص البحث :
يعد التدريس مهنة فنية دقيقة تحتاج إلى إعداد جيد لمن يقوم بممارستها فهي ليست مجرد أداء يمارسه أي فرد وفقا لما يمتلكه من قدرة عامة, ومهنة التدريس لا تعني مجرد نقل المعلومات من معلم إلى طالب ولكنها تهدف أساسا إلى تعديل السلوك, أي أن عملية التدريس لابد أن يصاحبها تعلم حقيقي وإلا فقدت معناها وأهميتها.
أن برامج إعداد المعلم تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى, مما يرتب عليه وجود فروق في امتلاك الكفايات الأساسية من عضواً إلى آخر بناء على اختلاف برامج الإعداد, بالإضافة إلى أن تطور برامج الاتصالات, واستخدام الكمبيوتر في مجالات التربية يفرض على المعلمين ضرورة تنمية استعدادتهم, وامتلاك مهارات جديدة لمواكبة التفجر المعرفي, والاستفادة منه, والاستعداد له .
أهداف البحث:
        يهدف البحث الى تنمية المهارات التدريسية الخاصة بمعلمي التربية الرياضية أثناء الخدمة فى ضوء الكفايات التدريسية من خلال الآتي:

التعرف علي المهارات التدريسية للمعلم.
التعرف علي مدى اتقان المعلم للمهارات التدريسية.

الاستنتاجات:
من خلال عرض ومناقشة النتائج استنتج الباحث الاتي:

الوقوف بكل السبل على برامج إعداد و تدريب المعلم و الاستفادة منها بما يتناسب مع ظروف إمكانات نظام التعليم.
ضرورة تخطيط إعداد المعلم كماً و نوعا على أسس علمية سليمة بدء من رسم إستراتيجية إعداده إلى التحليل الوصفي وإلى مستوى عملية الإعداد نفسها في النواحي العلمية والثقافية

من خلال عرض ومناقشة النتائج والاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث يوصيان بالاتي:

إعداد دليل شامل لإعداد المعلمين و تدريبهم يتضمن أهم الأساليب الحديثة في إعداد المعلم و تدريبه .

توحيد الجهة المسؤوله عن إعداد وتدريب المعلم ،وأن تتولى الجامعة ممثله بكلية التربية المسؤولية الكاملة المتعلقة بإعداد وتدريب المعلم وذلك لتوحيد الأهداف و الاقتصاد في النفقات و لضمان مستوى الإعداد ونوعيته 
          Teaching is a delicate technical profession that needs good preparation for those who practice it. It is not just a performance practiced by any individual according to his general ability. Accompanied by real learning, otherwise it loses its meaning and importance.
          Teacher preparation programs differ from one country to another, which results in the existence of differences in the possession of basic competencies from one member to another based on the different preparation programs, in addition to the development of communication programs and the use of computers in the fields of education imposes on teachers the necessity of developing their readiness and possessing skills To keep pace with the knowledge explosion, benefit from it, and prepare for it.
Research aims:
          The research aims to develop the teaching skills of in-service physical education teachers in the light of teaching competencies through the following:

Identify the teaching skills of the teacher.
Identifying the teacher's proficiency in teaching skills.

Conclusions:
          By presenting and discussing the results, the researcher concluded the following:

Stand by all means on teacher preparation and training programs and benefit from them in a manner commensurate with the conditions and potentials of the education system.
The need to plan the teacher's preparation quantitatively and qualitatively on sound scientific foundations, starting from drawing up a preparation strategy to descriptive analysis and to the level of the preparation process itself in the scientific and cultural aspects.

Recommendations:
          By presenting and discussing the results and conclusions reached by the researcher, they recommend the following:

Preparing a comprehensive guide for teacher preparation and training that includes the most important modern methods in teacher preparation and training.
Unifying the entity responsible for preparing and training the teacher, and for the university, represented by the College of Education, to assume full responsibility for the preparation and training of the teacher, in order to unify the goals and economize on expenditures, and to ensure the level and quality of preparation.
